Harding Custom Builders are truly the best. We’ve worked with many contractors in Nevada County over the years, and unfortunately, we’ve encountered our fair share of disappointments—some overcharged us or added mysterious fees to invoices, others made us question how they even had a license, and a few simply vanished midway through a job.
