Built on craftsmanship and community

Harding Custom Builders is locally owned and operated by Patrick Harding, whose mission from day one has been to build quality homes and a vibrant, welcoming community.

1976

Patrick grows up inside his family’s business, Harding Interiors, learning design, service, and craftsmanship from an early age.

1994

Patrick graduates from Bear River High School and enters construction, learning the trade from the ground up.

2008

Patrick earns his contractor’s license and founds Harding Custom Builders.

2017

The company is incorporated as Harding Custom Builders Inc.

2020

Patrick joins the Nevada County Contractors Association.

2024

Patrick is named a board member of the Nevada County Contractors Association.
