Harding Custom Builders is locally owned and operated by Patrick Harding, who has been working in construction since 1994. In 2008 he earned his license as a general contractor, and Harding Custom Builders was created. Since the beginning, it’s been our mission to not just build beautiful, quality homes, but to help create a vibrant and welcoming community.

We’ve created great relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, material suppliers, real estate professionals, business owners and our neighbors in Nevada County. Some of our greatest local contributions have been concrete work for the community shade structure in Condon Park, as well as fundraising projects in collaboration with Grass Valley School and Mt. Saint Mary’s School.
